But for someone starting out a business the expense of a website just seems out of reach and it can be. But with proper planning and with some basic information a website can be attained without spending too much money.

What’s in a budget? (Money, Time, Brain Power, Peace)

Time: There is no doubt that there is a price to pay for a website. Many free services require a lot, I mean a lot of time. And if you’re already offering services in your business, then time might not be the largest inventory of resources you have right now.

Technical Know how: Many of the free services require some technical knowledge. Some of that knowledge can be attained, but again it takes time. After spending a lot of that time and effort to design or build a website, you might still end up unhappy with he results.

We believe that it is 100% worth the effort to try to build your own website if you’re up to it. Nothing is more satisfying for an entrepreneur than to figure things out on their own and make things happen. But are there alternatives?

Alternatives: Are many. For example free services such as wordpress.org . Paid services such as Wix or square space…. but that is when both money, time and technical know how make it very pricy.
